Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “You”) and ERTC.io (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), governing the provision and use of the ERTC.io software as a service (the “Service”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Service, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. Immediate Fulfillment:

1.1 Upon completion of any purchase or subscription transaction involving the Service, the Company shall provide immediate access to the Service to the Customer. 

1.2 The term “Immediate Fulfillment” as used herein shall mean the provision of access to the Service immediately following the successful processing of the Customer’s payment or subscription request.

2. Dispute Resolution and Notification:

2.1 Customers are granted a period of thirty (30) days from the date of their initial purchase or specific transaction within which they may raise any disputes or concerns directly related to the fulfillment of the Service (“Dispute Notification Period”).

2.2 Any disputes, complaints, or concerns must be communicated to the Company in writing within the Dispute Notification Period. The Company shall endeavor to resolve such disputes in a timely and fair manner, in accordance with the procedures outlined in this Policy and any other relevant terms of service.

3. No Refunds After Dispute Notification Period:

3.1 Once the Dispute Notification Period has expired, the Customer’s right to request a refund or to initiate a dispute claim concerning the Service is hereby expressly waived.

3.2 No refunds shall be issued for any transactions related to the Service after the expiration of the Dispute Notification Period, except at the sole discretion of the Company and in accordance with any statutory rights the Customer may have.

4. General Terms:

4.1 This Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, the terms and conditions governing the use of the Service. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the general terms and conditions of the Service, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time, effective upon posting the revised Policy on the Company’s website or notifying Customers through other means.

By continuing to access or use the Service after such modifications or amendments have been made, the Customer agrees to be bound by the revised Policy.
